STATE of TEXAS v.Federal Trasportation Security Administration

Currently in the Congress of, State of Texas (will be written as S.O.T. for brevity), a bill is being proposed to render it illegal for TSA agents to perform their duty at Texas (F.A.A. controlled airports,all airports are under the FAA).
Argument:
SOT has claimed that it has become weary of TSA's search practices upon its citizens and others who visit the State. They have taken the bold step, in a strong measure of remedy, to go as far as to criminalize these invasive and intrusive search measures that incorporate: (groping of citizens "private areas", exposing citizens to harmful X-rays which reveal "private areas" of citizens, and [in violation of U.S.Constitution 4th Amendment] illegal searches and seizures of persons, papers and property effects in their luggage [which can be viably be argued to be "an extension of a citizens house and the contents therein], without a Court issued writ of search and seizure stating what is to be searched and where specifically].
As a counter point; The United States Federal Government is executing its "Supremacy Clause" [U.S. Constitution Article 4,clause 2], as its rebuttal to SOT's claim. That SOT cannot make a law that strikes a Federal Law and the execution therof.

While maintaining that FEDGOV has wisely written the Supremacy Clause in the spirit of assurance of a perfect union, and uniformity among the several states, this is both a blessing and a curse.
In most cases, Supremacy,(in addition to, but not limited to; the provisions of the 14th Amendment) serves all citizens with guaranteed federal freedoms, and protections from states that wish to make laws to abridge such federal laws (i.e. slavery abolition, indentured servantship, right to vote, womens right to vote....etc).
HOWEVER, the U.S. Constitution has no provision whatsoever to provide states with legal remedy to oppose federal laws that the state feels are made in a spirit that is less than the spirit of the Constitution provides.
It can be argued, that such a provision to the states would immediately open the door to re-establishing state laws of issues that have been deemed harmful to citizens (i.e. slavery...etc).
Allowing SOT to circumvent the TSA issue now would set a dangerous and "slippery slope" precedent with no guarantee that states would stop short of challenging federal protections for citizens.
With much grief, and sympathy for SOT and the people of Texas, and its plight of being forced to be subject to these very aggregious and invasive searches without probable cause;
it is the duty of SCOTUS to impose with haste the Supremacy clause, upon this issue.

SOT's ONLY legal remedy is propose a bill of repeal, before the House of Representatives, in order to strike down the authority of the TSA. SOT definately has ample of ground to show the grief and long patience of its citizens against this abuse of power. It is also hopeful that both houses of Congress be persuaded to the point of overwhelming presidential veto proof vote.

Eight months of rejection

As I have stated before, I was terminated from my job on 20 Oktober,2010. Ever since then I have been searching and applying for jobs that I either meet "minimum requirements"; or jobs that I can definately say and proove professional grade experience.
Today I am posting a compilation list for your reading enjoyment:

There might be 1 or 2 more, that I cannot remember, but also keep in mind that each and every one of these companies, claim to hold applications on average "up to 90 days on file".
Some Companies have said "don't call us, we'll call you... IF"
(sorry to be harsh, but "IF- IF was a fifth, we'd all be drunk")
My total here is 31 individual job applications, in 8 months of looking, YES some of this time has been spent "waiting to see if I get the call".
You'd still think, that out of 31 applications there'd be a YES in there, SADLY NOT.
This concludes, MY employement report. My heartfelt sympathies to all other American citizens who can say this very same kind of report. Some of whom may have dependants.
I will also RESTATE, that during this time, I have NOT asked the State of Mississippi for Assistance of ANY KIND, and give much thanks to my best friend, for supporting me during this time. Without her,I would be under a bridge or WORSE.

The following is a side by side comparison and "my take" on the words of our original Declaration of Independence 04 July,1776 versus the current events of 2011. In a way I am taking these words written so long ago and applying them to the situation that we, as a freedom loving people find ourselves, ONCE AGAIN, under a brutal and sadistic Tyranny.
Whereas, before, it was only a candid word against the attrocities of a British King, now it is a candid word before a TOTAL GROUP acting in concerted effort, to exert such Totalitarian power, and usurpatious authoritarian control to dominate and smother any remnants of our self evident Rights, freely given from Natural Birth to each and every citizen in this great Nation.

Trans Desoto,Tunica,MS & central E.Ark corridor Prop.

I have long thought about the possible benefits of adding a 3rd MS river bridge in the vicinity of the south Desoto Co./north Tunica Co. area to tie into the east central Arkansas area. This will facilitate more commercial and tourism traffic into both of these area's, plus a potential relief effort from the old Desoto Bridge (I-55/US 78/64/72) for traffic wishing to go south from E.Central ARK.
I was looking at GOOGLE EARTH this morning on WUNDER WEATHER, I saw that work is being done to complete a loop from the MS304/I-69/I-55 interchange in Desoto Co. to the TN 385/I-269 corridor into east Memphis/Collierville area that will then conect with the existing I-40/TN 385/I-269.
This loop when complete will alleviate allot of traffic from the interchange that recently (just a couple years ago) upgraded with a "fly-over", and from down town Memphis area, from thru traffic.
My plan, plus the current work being done will complete an "incomplete U" as an alternative to going straight thru Memphis in any direction of travel, EXCEPT NB I-55 from central MS toward St, Louis,MO, as my corridor will tie into I-40 just east of mm247 via Hughes, Widener,AR townships.
While the existing I-69/MS304 highway is a 4 lane (2x2) why would I want to build a 4x4 lane (8) double decker bridge??? Simple, planning for the future. Why settle for less now, and then complain later?
The biggest problem in new highway and road construction across the nation is a failure to anticipate future traffic, which quickly renders a "new project" obsolete and "behind" within just 5-10 years of service. Secondly!! a 4x4 lane highway instantly says,,"OPEN FOR BUISNESS" to the areas it passes through, for residential,commecrcial and industrial developers. Its a WIN/WIN for both N.E. MS and for Central ARK (both of which now are primarily AG areas.
This will also help with the casinos, and supporting commercial properties adjacent to them, by funneling more tourism directly by their front door, which creates more sales revenues and MS SALES TAX collections. As for ARK., those counties and the overall state will also benefit in the hospitality, commercial, and small industrial markets, as well as potential middle income housing possibilities along the corridor, providing short commute to the above mentioned JOBS! (ANOTHER WIN/WIN for BOTH STATES.
The bridge will also have to be M9 seismic ready, in anticipation of the mentioned possibility of a seismic event from the New Madrid Fault Zone. USGS has repeatedly warned of a potential M6 or greater event in this seismic zone, but currently there are only 2 major bridges across the MSR in the Memphis area. A 3rd bridge built to these specs could offer an assurance to interstate commerce and relief efforts IF such an event took place.
While I understand that ALLOT more research and "homework" would have to be completed to even begin looking at this "shovel project", any project does start with an IDEA, and this one is mine.

PAYMENT. how will all this be paid for? Allot of investors, bank loans and a little help from both sides of the river,and then in order to repay all this I'm afraid I have to say the words TOLL WAY.
THEN a 75% reduction of tolls, AFTER the project is paid in full, for: bridge maint. road surface maint. and possibly a little bit of help from the MSDOT and ARKDOT.
FEDERAL funds would only be sought if the above funding cannot be secured or falls short of completion.

American Incentive

With gasoline soaring back towards $5.00 per gallon. A "Lame duck" President on Energy policy for American liberty from foreign fossil fuel.
I propose that the Federal Government, State Government offer a 95% tax break to the group of American entrepeneurs for 5 years, to: develop, produce, and market a fuel cell automobile that is comparable to a sub compact 4 door sedan, made EXCLUSIVELY (from start to showroom) in the USA, [this includes parts makers under the same 100% made in the USA provision]. This also includes ALL EMPLOYEES who are working on the car to assemble it, and the showroom personel who are selling it. All this for a final "out the door" price tag of UNDER $8000.00!!!
thats right! a fuelcell car for under 8000, and have it in plenty supply showroom ready within the next 3 years!
This is a monumental task, it should be monumentally rewarded, WHY???
Because this is the USA, WE CAN DO ANYTHING we set our minds to!!!

Everyone is screaming for "job creation!" Well I think I just CREATED JOBS! 1000's of AMERICAN JOBS.
The question isnt, whether or not technology can do this, we all know it can. The question isn't, whether or not we can have enough hydrogen refill stations nationwide to meet travelers needs, WE KNOW WE CAN!!!
The question is: IS FEDERAL GOVERNMENT WILLING TO MAKE THIS INCENTIVE A REALITY???
Can politics be put aside? can we really stop the tax and distribute policies that has NEGATIVELY impacted every single American for generations?
"We can do this!" if there was a program that needed to be enacted nationwide, this is it.
Heres the "pros"
1. job creation
2.the tax break will allow people to make their own decisions
3.it DIVORCES the USA from foreign fossil fuel, including nations that are a "threat" to us.
4. it answers part of the "climate question"
5.it answers the call for "workers transportation"

The CONS
1. the tax break deprives the "tax and spend" government funds, and reduces "big government"

Ever seen the film called "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty"? Its an older classic movie, that details the daydreams of Walter Mitty. He really doesn't do anything in reality, its all in his head.

So anyhow, I have to admit that I too am a daydreamer. My life really only exists in my dreams. In my dreams I have:
built a spanish colisium here in Desoto co.MS for multi purpose events such as FIFA soccer,Equestrian competitions, live theatre,world bizaar fair &market//I have written a book//opened a multi-cultural restaraunt, where people can come in and taste foods from all over the world//opened a "Viking Feast Hall" a buffet type smorgasboard, interior decor and theme based on nordic style of building-architecture and the crew are costumed accordingly//I learned to play a cello and sold a few CD's of solo and cello/synth ambient audio experiences//painted many oil paintings//built a nice 2 story house with wood floors and fireplaces throughout//learned to play the harpsichord//had lavish dinner parties with a live boroque string ensemble.
But none of it is real...its just a dream. I sometimes wonder why life is always better in your dreams. Are we all programed to want more than we can achieve?
There are many other times where I dream where I am making other people lives better. for instance: just least night I dreamed that I was a very successful person, and it was terribly hot here in Memphis, and I knew that there were allot of poor people that were living in houses that had no air-conditioning, so I bought a 1000 AC units powered by fuel cells (so they wouldn't be burdened by electric bills) and just went around those neighborhoods and installing 1 unit per house until I was out, no strings attached, even if they vandalized them later, I did a good thing, and it made me feel better to know that I helped. But it was just a dream, nobody was helped, and I certainly am not successful.
Sometimes, the dreams I have are so good, I don't want to wake up! I don't want to leave the world that my mind created. Its so strange how reality is so different from my dreams.

In my previous post "Let the real issue please stand up". I mentioned support of HR25 (Fair tax). It has brought to my attention of some details that are NOT published in the book I read that sold this idea to me as a form of TAX-REFORM. This revalation was revealed from a commenter to my post, (Thank you "SEEKER") The article that was linked was MOST compelling and DISTURBING!!! Upon finishing the article, I also read the copy/paste answer that shows details of the HR25 bill (actual language of proposed bill), to which I say.
YOUVE GOT TO BE KIDDING RIGHT?
Sorry Neil Boortz,(and all other supporters of this economic JOKE) this bill does NOT pass this patriots "sniff test".
I forget what minimum wage is, but lets use $7.25/hour as an example shall we?
7.25 X 40 hrs equals 290 per week
290 x4=1160/month
1160x12=13920/year! period! cant squeeze anything else from this fictional person unless they acquire additional sources of income.
According to MY OPINION, this IS POVERTY CLASS!
If we deduct a basic witholding for a health insurance (say about 25$/week, now we have to fair tax this service at 23% for a total of $30.75/week, this amounts to $1599 to create an adjusted annual income of $12321.
Now lets add an HR25 "prebate" of 200/month for basic survival expenses (rent, food, etc...)
$2400 +$12321= $14721 period!
ok now lets goto the grociery store and spend $200 every 2 weeks for grocieries=$5200 per year, now Tax = $6396.....(14721-6396total taxed food bill)=$8325 remains for rest of year.

Now rent.
Average rent in Desoto Co., MS runs about $650/month for a 1 bedroom, + tax =$17394!!!!

OOPS looks like we have a major problem $8325 -17394= $-9069,,,,looks like we are in the hole! and we haven't even bought gasoline for our car to take us to work or watched a single hour of subscription TV, no books or magazines, no furthering college to get a better job, nothing.
under this fair tax rate we have actually ended up HOMELESS!!!PLUS a "vacate of premises prior to term of lease, plus penalties"

Looks like I have been shamefully, and most embarrassingly been hood winked!!!

I therefore WITHDRAW my support and move to strike the comments for HR25, without objection

Here we go again! The GOP is once again at its old dog and bone show of showing just enough concern over the gloom and doomed US Economy to pass only a small measure bill up to the Senate from the House over the 1099 rule (House Resolution 4).
This small step for GOP-kind is another tongue in cheek action to allow them to say "See we are "conservative".". Only to back peddle over to the "moral majority-church/pulpit issue" of the DOMA (Defense of Marriage Act). Once again, they are side tracking and loosing focus on the Clear and Present Danger of our national debt, that is being held by "threat nations".

While I understand that Congress has "allot of irons in the fire", the DOMA issue is the LEAST of concerns over this Nation that is in desperate need of: debt elimination, tax relief, tax overhaul (as in, abolish the IRC/IRS and replace it with a National Fair Tax (HR 25), bringing our military HOME, to cease and dissist all "sabre rattling world wide", ending the overlapping and duplicitive wasteful spending on "pork barrel social projects", abolishing Social Security, abolishing Medicare/aide, working with our honorable neighbor Mexico, to stem the tide of illegal immigration AND to stem the cross border black market trade of contraband that is continuing to destabilize Both sides of the southern border, returning power and sovereignty to the States, abolishing the Federal Reserve and AUDIT them, and to finally do their forsaken job of: "To coin money, and regulate the value therof..." (Constitution-Article 1/Sect.8/ para.5/ phrase 1 and 2).
Thats just to name a few items on the agenda to move the Country back in the right direction.
So please GOP, "JUST SAY NO" to frivilous religion issues, go to your church to argue this issue, and leave it there!

Ineffectual days

Ever had one of those days, where you get to the end, and your reflect on it, and it occurs to you that you really didn't get anything accomplished? Such has been the case for a while now, actually for about 4 months. I am trying to make a self employment venture work (selling AVON), but I am quickly running out of capital (savings). Down to last 300, and its going quick.
I have applied to a hospital 6 times for an "entry level/minimum experience and training required" for zero results, not even an interview. Applied to Home Depot for appliance sales, ZILCH call back, Verizon sales, nada, Best Buy appliance sales, nothing! Kroger cashier or stock, nope, not "qualified" for that either. Wait, let me back up to the hospital thing; I applied for "custodian/janitor" Email reply was "were sorry, but you don't have the qualifications for this job, but your resume does look good, and someone would be lucky to have you" LOL, I KID YOU NOT!
How the F**K can someone not be qualified to clean rooms, mop and sweep floors, take out trash???? I am sure theres a little more to cleaning a hospital, but REALLY?
Wait! I got it...I have to have a Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, for proper mixing of water and pine-sol!
Or, I have to know triganometry for the proper curve motion of the broom, or perhaps I need to know algebra to properly calculate trash density and proper trash bag choice, in relation to cost.
MAN I am WAAAY off, and under schooled!
Walmart is on a hire freeze, so is Target. No response from Regions Bank, or M&F Bank for a teller position, I guess I need a college degree to proove I can count.
And last but not least, 2 attorney firms said I didn't have enough experience to qualify for their ads for "beginner legal secretary".(but footnoted that I was a "pro se" litigant in a Federal Court Case, resulted in a mediation settlement).
To top off all this, I have NO CAR, in an area that has no public transportation.

Thats ok, if I am not good enough, I'll just do what I can with what I got.
One thing I won't do, is take food stamps, welfare, assistance, from Mississippi, or the Federal Government!!
My problem is NOT your problem, Mr & Mrs Taxpayer of America. You have your job, your house, your car, your family. I'm not here to sponge off you. No matter how bad it gets, its NOT your problem.
Well I guess theres one thing, and thats when I leave this world. The D.o. V.A. will take care of my final expenses, I think. You don't mind chipping in for a veterans final wishes do ya?
I have a living will and testiment, I think it will be cheap, so I hope I'm not asking too much.

Westboro- free speech

SCOTUS decided 8-1 that demonstrating members from Westoboro Baptist Church may picket military funerals, despite the time of grief and mourning of the family members who are burying their loved one/fallen service member of the Armed Forces.

Their hateful signs and chants were :"God hates America", "Thank God for Dead Soldiers", "Thank God for 9/11"....on and on, ad NAUSIUM (can this patriot get an air sick bag,please I'm gonna puke).

While I have to praise the Supreme Court for upholding our 1st Amendment right of free speech, and to peacefully assemble to redress the Government of our grievances...I, as a veteran, am appalled that this "church of hatred" felt it neccessary to spread their vile and corrosive rhetoric.
My question is: If they say that their god hates the United States so much, then why are they still here as citizens??? Does it not say in their b-i-b-l-e that "be not amongst them, they who do evil" (paraphrase). If they feel that the USA is THAT evil, then why are they here, why don't they take their little signs and their filthy unpatriotic, unloving, self righteous, self-posturing, self inflated "Samsonites"( old testiment folk hero who murdered 3000 of a rival tribe), and pack their bags and check their citizenship and BEG for religeous assylym in whatever other country that would put up with them???

To the American family that lost their serving family member, I SALUTE YOU, and your service member....THANK YOU for your sense of patriotism and self sacrifice, and duty to uphold the oath to "Defend the Constitution against all enemies, both foreign and domestic..."

For over 60 years, we the people have trusted the Federal Government with our tax money, to provide a "safety net". This was conceived after the Great Depression, which left 25% of the workforce standing in the unemployed/soup line. While such a "noble" idea was indeed trendy at the time, it has become more of a National embarrasment as politician after politician literally gambled all of it away and added and added more "heads" to this terrible Hydra of a problem.

Here's and illustrative to make my point.

Lets say that just down the street in your neighborhood, there was a non profit organization that collected money from everyone in the neighborhood to help those who needed help right then, and the ones who in the future might need help. After a few years, would be claimants started to complain that the assistance that they were guaranteed to recieve, was getting less and less, per applicant, but yet sometimes it was rumoured that some peopple were getting over the amount of assistance, and there was no reason for them to get assistance. Now, also at the same time, the people who run the whole thing are seen living a lavish and wealthy lifestyle.
A probe is done, an audit finds that these administrators are skimming and betting against future collections that are being made. Also it is learned that a majority of the cache has already been hocked to a loanshark at a high interest rate, that cannot be paid in full for generations after this audit.........(getting mad yet??)
The results of this audit are made public, it infuriates the entire neighborhood, BUT these administrators get scarred so they send out "strongmen" to intimidate the neighborhood to keep paying into this system, just so that they can barely make the minimum payment to all the loansharks that are adding interest DAILY.
Soon it is learned that for every dollar they collect, 40 cents of it goes to these loansharks to pay for their involvement of illegal activities, including, but not limited to, hostile actions against the very neighborhood that is making the contributions in the first place!!!!

Now along comes the mayor of the entire metropolis, to "clean this mess up". Instead! he orders that not only will you continue to pay into this system, but you will ALSO buy an insurance ON TOP of this as a monitoring system to try to make sure that you stay healthy enough to make a "minimum impact" on the corrupt system, in addition to this, he adds that the neighboring neighborhood will have to take this mandatory insurance and contribute to this known corrupt system as well! the 2nd neighborhood had NOTHING to do with the first neighborhood and has been self sufficient all along.
(Getting the big picture now?)

I may be off a little on this illustration, but I think I'm pretty close (hypothetically) to our ill fated Social Security System,wellfare,medi-whatever system....etc etc etc.
The only thing left for us to do now is to allow those that are already highly dependent on this crooked system finish out what they have been forced to put in, while newly entering citizens either A) given the choice to OPT OUT; or B)Estop all new contributors (now more paycheck witholding to this system) and gradually step down a 100% phase out of these "Social safety nets".
This will force the Federal Government to operate within a sound economic means, and not give them a "collected" warchest to bet the future on and to place the sovereignty of the entire Nation at the mercy of "threat nations"who are more than eager to buy and support these TREASONOUS LOANS!!!

Don't Ask, Don't Tell

I have been following the hearings about the Don't Ask, Don't tell policy. Air Force officer Almy, was discovered by way of another officer searching a military laptop that Almy had been using while deployed in Iraq, in which "personal messages" were found that indicated a possible homosexual theme existed between Almy and another officer stationed in Germany. It was this "evidence" that was reported to his commanding officer about his possible orientation. Almy was then discharged and de-commisioned from the Air Force, despite a glowing and decorated service report.
I commented at the bottom of the article that;

............" Its a shame that a "free nation" suppresses so many people based on a difference. ANYONE who has the courage to VOLUNTARILY stand on the front line to defend our Nation is worthy of a hero's welcome, irregardless of their "private life". I will say that Almy excersized poor judgement in using a "military issued laptop" to send "personal messages". Thats not exactly keeping his "private life SEPERATE from the military"................

My opinion is that while I disagree with Don't ask,Don't tell, it doesn't mean that anyone can openly "billboard/ broadcast" their orientation to others. Its a simple matter of social courtesy to keep your private matters to yourself, especially matters regarding your bedroom!
I think thats the biggest concern from the people who want D.A.D.T. to stand, {they don't want to hear about it}.
I can see the point of "new" if someone finds someone special to them, but REALLY, does the Gay and Lesbian community really need to tell everybody they see "I'm GAY!"????
I say, "DO your job SOLDIER!" and thats all we need to know. Now if your seen walking through the local park hand and hand with your partner, NOBODY CAN SAY A WORD because you've vowed along with the rest of the military to DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION which gaurantees your Right to Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness.
So on one hand you have your DUTY, on the other your have your Constitutional Rights, according to the UCMJ {Uniform Code of Military Justice}, you also have the right to a life that is SEPERATE from the Military....Thats your JOB SOLDIER. So please, do your job, serve with dignity, and respect, and demonstrate that "you are a relfection upon yourself, your unit, and the United States Military...{military was substituted for "specific branch"}

Personally, 36 is probably a low number of the con-artists that sold the American worker the LIE that Government run healthcare is a good deal for society at large.
For starters, I am sick and tired of seeing a portion of my wages held out for SSI and Medicaide (things I will probably never see or recieve).
Our Federal Government has NO BUISNESS in the healthcare buisness. They are POLITITIANS, not PHYSICIANS! Can we not make our own choices? Can we not shop around to find a good retirement/healthcare plan for ourselves? Do we REALLY need the FED to TAX us for a system that DOES NOT WORK? Do we not have the ability to save our own money for later years?
This kind of headline is what makes my blood boil. So WHAT if these fraudulent people get jail time (3 hots and a cot AT TAX PAYER EXPENSE), we are still paying for them and a system that was designed for one thing only, POLITICAL GREED. No matter how you diagnose this problem, WE THE PEOPLE WILL PAY FOR IT.

The only answer to this problem is to repeal Social Security and Medicaide and Medicare and Obama's Healthcare bill. STOP STEALING MY WAGES. I am NOT responsible for other peoples health problems!!! and NEITHER are YOU!

We can put these people in jail for stealing, but isn't that a double standard? Its not ok for them to "defraud" the medicare system, but its ok for a polititian to take a third of your check every week........

How much is Enough?

I was inspired to write about the question that is the question for anyone..."How much is enough?"

In the past two years we've been assalted by the news telling us about the millions and billions of dollars thats been lost, gained, extorted, etc...ad naseum.
If you were to stop and think "How much is enough?" I think you'd have an epiphany of sobering reality. In the end, it means nothing. The houses, the boats, the planes, the off shore bank accounts, that pair of jeans that costs $200 because they have some persons name on them, a particular hand bag, a certain car, ALL THIS STUFF that after your gone ends up in a land fill!!
Your money didn't buy you more life, it didn't ship your "things" into the afterlife, so why are you fretting over it??? Don't you have ENOUGH?
We've had disasters where we saw people standing on basically nothing, begging for someone to save the one and only they they really have...THEIR LIFE.
Just when you think you have it all, something happens and you loose all of it, and then what?
People actually threw themselves out of high rise buildings when the stock market crashed in the late 1920's. They couldn't bear the thought of loosing their "stuff". They then destroyed the one thing that cannot be purchased for any price.
I am drawn to recall the scene from TITANIC, where the rich guy at the end tried to buy a seat on a life boat, but the ship mate threw the mans money back at him, and told him "your money means NOTHING NOW".If youve seen the movie you know what I am talking about.
Just because its a movie don't make it any less true.

We have to strive to be happy, and content, and above all FREE; because freedom IS life. To surrender either of them in place of something else, we loose EVERYTHING.

SO shouldn't that be ENOUGH?

Thoughtless in Tennessee

I am sitting here in TN, trying to come up with an article to write, and I can't! ARRGG writers block I suppose. Tomorrow I go home for a few days....RELAxation. Last month I took a REAL vacation, I went to OBX,NC (Outer Banks, NC ) I got to see and dive into the Atlantic ocean for the first time in my life.
OK I just came up with my topic,,,OBX. Allow me to elaborate and gloat. I had a wonderful time, went into the salt water and the Labrador current had the water nice and cool. A clear topped jelly fish carressed my leg,{glad it didn't sting me}. Collected quite a few seashells, in the middle of that activity, I wanted to deep sea dive, but it was too expensive. I did go all the way to the top of Cape Hatteras Lighthouse ...WHAT A VIEW!!! The second morning I was there I got up before my friends did and sat on the stairs overlooking the beach. Hearing the ocean, seeing the waves, my Goddess, IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. I had never been touched by Neptune and Poseidon like that. I felt their presence, and awed by what I saw and heard. I wanted to stay there in that moment.
I pondered the brevity of life, and asked "Why are we only here for such a short while, yet this magnificant ocean continues on?"
I though other things , but I cannot remember them, because my emotions were so high at that moment.

Allot of people goto the beach for fun and games, and I think that a spiritual moment is the last thing they experience. Not saying that fun and surf isn't fun, but theres something there that I caught. I don't want to let it go, in fact I WANT TO GO BACK.

SO if your looking for a nice beach to go to, OBX would be my recommendation, maybe you'll be touched by the sea Gods, or you'll just get a pretty good sunburn, either way, its worth every penny!

Oil and the price of the GULF

I just read an article about BP trying to cap off the broken wellhead in the Gulf. The people that commented had everthing to say from Obama bashing, to "nuke the coast" {yeah some moron wrote that} {I tried to provide the link but BLOGSPOT wont allow} Its on YAHOO NEWS.

So here's my two cents about all of it. OK firstly, about a century ago a man invented a power source called a FUELCELL. This was dismissed in FAVOR OF FOSSIL FUEL. So, thats where we are now. Everyone wants to point a shame finger at BP, well friends lets go to the root of this problem by posing the following hypothesis. {What if fossil fuel was discarded, and FUELCELLS were given the greenlight for technology and advancement grants, and so forth?} What we'd have is a world that is run by fuelcells NOT fossil fuel. In short ,EVERYONE has "spilled oil in the gulf" by our never quenching thirst for oil!!

I drive a truck, yes its a BIG ENGINE and requires LOTS of Diesel fuel, but I dare to say that if we were to tabulate all gasoline engines that IDLE in a DRIVE THRU, the exhaust and WASTE by automobiles FAR EXCEDE Diesel consumption and waste. Remember this while your waiting in your car for your super-duper latte thing, or that FAT Blubber Burger. You can't tell me that the exhaust pipe on a car is "cleaner" or more efficient. It isn't, not by far.

Now about those FUELCELLS....it takes Oxygen and Hydrogen and passes them thru a chemical converter , this yeilds electricity, water, and heat. .......................THATS IT
NASA has been using them in the Space Shuttle for YEARS, why don't we have them?
Why can't we forgo our incessant need for GAS GUZZLERS or any fossil fuel engine at all.

BP isn't alone in this, WE ALL ARE GUILTY! If we weren't so dependant on oil, BP wouldn't have been out there to drill for it in the first place!!

Immigration Control -follow up

Granted that this Nation was founded by immigrants, I hold value to those that struggle to get here. "Bring your tired and poor, yearning to breathe free!" The problem isn't that there are immigrants, its the shear huge quantity of them! Some do arrive with the intent of learning our language and taking our citizenship test and ultimately to swear under oath to be loyal citizens. There are many that are here simply for the "free lunch " I was talking about in my previous post. It is these people that are using the "generosity" of our socialist (redistributive wealth) government to their advantage, with NO INTENTION of ever becomming a citizen.

I have often heard of the stories where people come here, work for our money, apply to our social assistance programs, only to send a bulk of that money BACK HOME.

So allow me to ask; how does it feel to pay your taxes and have a person take from "our table" without any intent of ever giving back???

While it can be argued that "...at least we helped somebody else" , I'd rather retort that we do have many reputible charity organizations that takes donations and then puts those resources at their doorstep in their country. Charity org's are designed to take care of that type of mission, NOT our tax system!!! So many people make donations, also, to "claim a tax credit" this my friends is the WRONG REASON to do so. Not only that, but also if you really stop and think about it, you are "double dipping yourself!" Once in your taxes, and then again to an organization , so that you can "credit your own tax money???"

Looking at this in this light, you can see how "yummy" our Nation looks to foreigners, as they get TWICE the benefits on both ends!

So you see, stopping the "free lunch" from Uncle Sam, and leaving it up to "XYZ charity" to care for other parts of the world, we accomplish two things at once.
First, we get to LOWER our TAXES, allowing you to keep more of YOUR MONEY
Second, taking those extra dollars and donating, allows you to channel it DIRECTLY to those who can put REAL HELP ON THE GROUND in those places that need it.
This will help keep "immigrant Y" from comming here , for there will be no reason for him to do so, since real help is literally knocking on his door!
Conversely, he will be deterred from comming here because UNCLE SAM and WE THE PEOPLE stopped the "freebie's". This leaves, for the most part, ONLY those who REALLY wish to become LEGAL CITIZENS, that are willing and eager to use the appropriate channels to establish citizenship in our free market/entrepenural society.

As to, for us...if WE elect NOT to give freely of our own accord, then it will be our own individual cross to bear, for seeing the need and electing NOT to give, NOT our Government under Constitution.

Today I saw on the television,a story about the AZ immigration lawsuit. Which immediately begged the question.."Why do they come here, when there are so many jobs available in Mexico?"

Upon careful ponderance; the answer came quite clear....A free lunch!

Who else but our caring and thoughtful politians than to TAX the citizens who work and then give it away as a FREEBIE.

I'd be willing to bet that if : Social security, Medicaide, welfare...etc. was suddenly stopped, that would certainly end the flow. It might even behoove citizens to get up off the couch and create a job for themselves too!!!

My fellow citizens, this country was NOT founded on a free lunch, handed out by a generous and kindly King. It was founded by a FREE AND INDEPENDANT PEOPLE WHO WORKED AND EARNED THEIR WAY!!! Success or failure was in THEIR HANDS, it was up to them to forge a great Nation. May I remind each of you that our ancestors went to WAR over taxes!!!

We didn't apply for more "programs" , or send Benjamin Franklin to Britain to ask King George for a "Medical plan for all" or "section 8 housing" or to "bailout some guys company that didn't make wise investments"...NO!! He went to France to ask for help to overthrow TYRANNY.

STOP the hand outs, and the only thing crossing our border,(illegally) will be a lone tumble weed.

A week in

I am in Russellville, AR. stopped for the night on the way to Oklahoma City,OK. which is my second run with the new company. I was issued an International ProStar to drive around our beautiful country in. I must give the peep's at International some very high props, for designing a truck around the driver. I mean this thing is like an airplane cockpit!!! It handles REALLY good, and all the controls are within easy reach, I also like the options available on the steering wheel for instant command. To really know the perks I am talking about ,I guess you'd have to drive one and be a truck driver. The other issue I like is that this company understands that TIME IS MONEY, therefore I can run at about 66mph! To me this is a HUGE difference from only 62mph. You'd think its small potatoes,but in a truck it adds up really fast ,as to how much you can get done in one day, being that Miles driven is how I get paid!!
Lets do some simple math real quick...
in 10 hours I can go 660 miles VS 620 miles
so 660 X 7 = 4620 miles for a week X 's .30/mi = 1386 bucks before the Kings henchmen come to steal a third.... (you know what I mean)
Its not exactly this good, just grabbing some numbers for the sake of doing it, but you can see the potential for the week/month/year!!!

The freight market is cyclic, and ebbs and flows...sometimes U pray for a break, other times your bored in a truck stop hoping the dispatcher sends U something.. It all washes out in the end, under AVERAGE Potential Earnings!

Life on the road isn't easy, but it beats homelessness, or wondering whats going to happen next. There is a side of me that wishes for that comfortable "at home" scene. I pass by houses or apartments at night sometimes and think, "darn they are at home all nice and cozy", but the sad reality is, I don't have a permission slip to make the big bucks (college degree).

ALL ABOARD!

Well, I will be leaving here from a 2 week hiatus here at home. Will be taking the train to Indy. Its about a 15 hour ride,with a bit of a layover in Chicago for a few hours. At least I'll get to see the down town area of Chi-gogo (thats what I call Chicago). Get to see something that I've never seen before. I am sure that a downtown area is a downtown area,as they say. The most interesting city I've ever seen was Frankfurt a.m. Main,Germany (then it was West Germany circa 1986-1988). It was clean and beautiful there. Christmas was stunningly beautiful, in the old village of Romer (pronounced,-Roy-mer).
So it will be fall there in Chicago, then board another train to Indy,IN so I can begin a different driving job with another company. I got a fortune cookie the other day that read,..."Success is on its way to you." Ironic, that I so happened to get that particular cookie,when I am headed out to start another driving job. Perhaps, this will work out for the best.
(but I still wish I could get a stay at home job as a paralegal reasearcher, Yahoo says it pays pretty well, maybe not. )

Memphis Police Dept.

This evening I read a story on the news reader that discussed the fact that an MPD Officer "smashed a kids head into a locker,sending him to the ER at local special hospital for children "LeBonher Childrens Hospital" for a minor concussion. The minor suspect was pulled from the classroom at Melrose School, as a suspect in gang related activities in a rival gang incident.

The mother of the "victim" wants the officer to loose his job. Personally I think its a FARCE to call for the termination for every officer to loose their job when they are doing their job. Especially when they are on the Gang Unit operating under "Operation Blue Crush" ( a Memphis Police operation to "Crush" gang related crime in the Memphis metro area).

America's youth are under relentless recruitment to join the gang lifestyle, as you all know, gang life is FAR FROM CIVIL. Gangs aren't formed to sit in a local fast food joint to sip milkshakes and giggle at dirty jokes, now are they? They promote and act on violent impulses, commit crime, and have their hands in practically everything we have a Law against. Should we be so "concerned" when a gang member (even if it is a minor) gets the exact dose of violence that they "signed up for"??? It seems to me, that they were "big enough" to perpetrate violence, then conversely they should be "big enough" to accept violence from the Police Dept. when making an apprehension.
"They who live by the sword, shall die by the sword..." but I guess some people didn't get that lesson in school, thats if they bothered to stay in school at all.

As ,you can tell, I am NOT one of the right wing "uber-conservatives" nor am I one of those citizens that could be labled as "white supremist". I DO have a problem with the Public School system going about making a specific agenda of "idolizing" the President as if he were running a one man miracle show. Let me be perfectly clear about what EXACTLY I mean. Currently, America's society is at a major cross roads, one road leads to more governmetal control and a slow unceremonious death of our Constitution; the other road leads back to where our Founding Fathers and original colonists, envisioned a free society that was governed by a few with limited powers.

I find that the news bites, of recent, to be greatly disturbing, in that the State controlled school system, certain news media, and "celebrities" ,and the two party system, to be hard at work to lift the ,otherwise; humil and weary, office of the President, to such lofty heights as to be seen as almost "National Saviour" levels. DOESN"T ANYBODY READ HISTORY ANYMORE???
"Oh, thats right, thats too boring, and not nearly as exciting as American pop star show, or reality celebrity show, or scripted sports show,and lastly, (if you can actually stomach it), the game show called "the news"!""

Our children are being taught an entirely different and new ciriculum, that definitively has the endorsement seal of approval by those who wish to educate them to the point of brainwashing them to be "good little citizens for a government movement" that wants to take control of you,and your childrens lives in every facet!

Today, I had my fill of waiting for my first trip back out with the driving company I was with.
Thats RIGHT I said "WAS" with. AT approximately 09:30 CDT, I sent the following message via Quaalcomm...." TIMES UP...I am tired of waiting for a trip. I am cleaning out my truck,and will be turning it in at the Memphis terminal. I am excercising my right to terminate this employment relationship for LACK OF OPPORTUNITY,per Tennessee "at will" work law. Will be at terminal in 1 hour.""

That was that, I turned the truck in,and got a receipt for a good and proper return of equipment and in good condition!

When I chose to do this, it had been a little more than 48 hours after returning from vacation, and still NO TRIP! It had been a little over 12 hours since I had turned in a 2 week notice.
Under Tennessee AT WILL work law, either the employee or the employer reserves the right to terminate the employment relationship at any time; with or with out prior notice or cause. (Unless the reason is in violation of Civil Rights Act 1964, as amended U.S.F.C)
I am NOT suing them for their lack of opportunity, but I do stand legally clear in my actions today citing: desperate impact and causation from retaliation stemming from said "Official two week notice". Therefore "RESPONDANT" (the Company), voluntarily chose to withold the opportunity to provide a fair and equal chance to take a "pre-plan" freight trip. This was the desperate impact and retaliation, from the causation of the two week notice.

You might say, WOW that really sounds like a possible "prima facie" case before Federal Court, but in careful consideration, and sound reasoning of "tort reform", it would be "frivilous" to present this case, as the lost personal potential earnings would be in very pale light compared to the costs of presenting and pursuit of this litigation. NO, self respecting and Court repecting attourney ( member of the Bar Assoc.) could DARE walk into the Court Clerks office to file this "petty" file, including myself a "pro se " litigant who can demonstrate a working and understable knowledge of the Federal Rules.

This section is more to the point of this entries TITLE. A friend of mine who is a Ward Clerk at a local hospital called me last night to recite an event that happened at her work. She was doing her job when suddenly her immediate supervisor came to get her and led her to the office, where she saw about 4 other leaders from the hospital staff and her floor staff assembled. After taking a seat and getting extremely anxious over the "what if" thinking ( for her job, she is responsible to make sure that Doctors orders are correctly entered for each patient!!!). She told me that she was so afraid that maybe she had messed something up and jeopardized a patients LIFE!
THIS WASN'T THE CASE........now get this folks, this is where COMMON SENSE has left the building!!!

Her Manager stood up and placed her hands on the desk, leaned forward and with VERY serious demeanor stated the following ,......" HOW DARE YOU SEND ME AN EMAIL IN ALL CAPS!"

BOOK REVIEW!!!
I went to BOOKS A MILLION, in all honesty, I was trying to get a copy of Debra Pasquella's "A Prayer Away from Healing" to give to my daughter. Well as luck would have it, BAM! doesn't carry it, can't even order it :o(
I did however to manage to grab another book that was prominently displayed by the front door. GLENN BECK'S "Common Sense" (inspired by Thomas Paine). Yes thats right folks, another "political book", but this isn't just a politico book; this is about COMMON SENSE IN AMERICA! This book is about OUR FREEDOM!
DO you LOVE your freedom? Do you RESENT big brother Government? Maybe, youre lost in a sea of all the Washington DC. debates and "chatter". Perhaps....no...this book IS FOR YOU!!!
I bought it 2 nights ago, and I am already 66% finished with it! Aside from Mr. Beck's editorial show on FOX TV and certain talk radio shows. This book is thought provoking and is REAL MEDICINE for our Country!
This is our Country folks, this isn't biased political jargon. Mr. Beck has BRILLIANTLY taken these "complex issues" and broken them down to simple everyday language that ALL can read, and ponder over, and hopefully DO SOMETHING ABOUT!
It has been said that,..." the pen is mightier than the sword" indeed it is, and so is the printing press. If there was ever a "coffee table" book, this is it! READ it and then PROUDLY display it on your coffee table. Its TIME, my fellow countrymen/women for COMMON SENSE!!!

Today I handed in a 2 week notice to the truck driving company that I am working for. I have finally had my fill of the "long train of abuses" and the "Nanny Control" that they have exerted over me and the other drivers. So I am making my own executive decision to cast them off,and will be taking my driving skills and dedication to another company instead. I am hoping that things will be better there,and not discover that "the grass just LOOKED greener".

ALSO today, I wrote my House of Representative Congressman (1st District of Mississippi), a suggestive bill to mandate that all OTR/sleeper style trucks be equipped with an APU (Auxillary Power unit). For those who don't know what an APU is, its a small generator mounted on the side of a truck chassis that provides heat/air conditioning/ and household current for the driver, with a small minimum impact on fuel consumption. It also helps the driver recieve "beneficial rest" as REQUIRED by the FMCSR's (Federal Motor Carrier Rules) Sect 392.3 which states,..."no drivier shall operate a motor carrier while fatigued or ill, or may become fatigued or ill..."
Allot of companies are requiring, and some States have adopted "NO IDLE" policies, well that leaves the driver in jeopardy to "become fatigued or ill" from heat or cold exposure while supposedly abiding by the strict " NO IDLE" policy. Making this a required piece of equipment, will ensure that cab comfort,and healthy well being will be available to the driver,and thus hopefully allow for ALERT and SAFE drivers for all America's highways.
I know your probably thinking, well gee, thats sounds allot like big brother telling a company what will be required on their trucks AND that added up front cost to the companies to comply.
To this I retort.... Whats the cost of an APU in comparison to the safety and well being of your drivers and the other travelling public??? Now its looking a bit like this.....

So far I have entered quite a few entries, that might be considered controversial. To my knowledge, I only have 1 follower, and 0 traffic. hmm. Maybe its because the topics are too hot for most people, I understand, talking about REAL CHANGE for our Country is now being seen as "radical" "extremeism". I understand that people have have been so conditioned by the media and the Public School they went to, as to see these writings as "objectionablle material".
I understand that its all "scarey" to publically admit that a "Jane Doe Citizen" MIGHT know what she's talking about, and that its "too hot"!!

Maybe you are following this blog,and you are too mad to even say anything, but see thats my point, TO MAKE YOU MAD!! I WANT YOU TO GET ANGRY, not at me, but at the LIES that you've been told, the false sense of security that BIG BROTHER has pulled over your eyes.

It isn't nice to have your little Government issued "blankie" suddenly pulled off,exposing you to the cold naked truth.

I've been on vacation, as you all know. Yesterday I had a wisdom tooth extracted!!! YEow
My jaw is still a bit sore,and the bleeding finally dwindled to a mere trickle. I finally ate some solid food in 24 hours...a couple of pudding cups/an orange yogurt/1 roast beef and swiss/ cream of potato soup. YUMMZ. Went into Walmart (great example of Capitalism at work) and everything looked really good,because I was so hungry, but I am on a "soft" diet until my gum heals closed. I know a roast beef and swiss isn't exact "soft" but I was very careful to keep it all on one side of my mouth.

Tomorrow vacation is over, I go back up to the terminal and HOPE they have a decent truck for me to drive. We'll see, keep your fingers crossed for me, my kidneys can't take anymore bouncing and jarring around from truck sway.

Economics and the Gold Standard

In 1913, the United States Government committed the greatest gold and silver heist known to history, by ordering all citizens to forfeit their gold and silver or face 5 years imprisonment and /or $50,000 fine.

The Establishment of the Federal Reserve Bank was also instituted, which is a PRIVATE banking corporation that is autonomous from the Constitution, and Congress, and the Office of the President. (The Federal Reserve answers to NOBODY!!!)

President Woodrow Wilson, basically commited treason upon the people of the USA by signing all of the above into law. Forcing people to give up their wealth, under threat of penalty, and the striping of power of Congress to "coin gold and silver ,and affix the value thereof" was an act of economic treason.

Ever since then, we have been financial slaves to the greedy and usurpatious, international banking cartel known as the Federal Reserve Bank!
Ladies and Gentlemen, those green bank notes we love to call money, is literally of no more value than the Monopoly money printed by Parker Bros. Games.!!!

Whether or not you realize it, especially since all the talk about the "bailouts" in the news and how the "financial advisors" cannot comment about the full detrimental effects thereof on our future generations to come; EVERY single dollar you have is in reality a PROMISSARY NOTE, an I.O.U..
It is currently estimated that ,(now because of the failed bailouts) 99 cents of every dollar is nothing but INTEREST and COMPOUNDED INTEREST to the bankers at the F.R.B.!!

We make purchases based on what the FRB says our "NOTES" can buy,and how much we can buy. therefore the FRB DICTATES how rich or poor we are to be, and doesn't have the legal requirement to tell Congress why this Nation is in the poor house!

All that being said,and a well abriviated history...we move on to the focus of this entry.
THE GOLD AND SILVER STANDARD
PRior to the unfortunate events of 1913, people actually held "Silver and Gold Notes" I sure that maybe you've seen one, for down at the bottom of the bill it reads "PAYABLE IN SILVER (GOLD) TO THE BEARER ON DEMAND"
Once upon a time in America, our money had VALUE ...GOLD VALUE!! remember when grandma said" we used to buy 5 of those for a nickel" thats because grandma had REAL MONEY.
I PRopose that we RETURN to that status!!! this also means getting Congress to overthrow the FEDERAL RESERVE BANK,and end its FEUDAL GRIP on the people of the United States.
Meanwhile,,, while we patiently wait for a majority in Congress to find the backbone to accomplish this task. Individual citizens should invest in GOLD AND SILVER (hide it and HOARD IT). These precious metals will ALWAYS HAVE VALUE for; food, shelter, medicine, transportation...etc.
Companies should do the same, to provide them with HARD ASSET COLLATERAL for practical loans to allow them to expand ,and vertically integrate. In addition to stocks, Companies could also look into issuing GOLD or SILVER BONDS based on performance dividends, to the buyers.
This allows a Company a second option to bank loans that are still funded by the FED.
In direct ties to the first entry...Private schools could also benefit from gold and silver hard asset collateral,and issue bonds to embellish their objectives and expansion, as more children are enrolled and require more text books and tools to give them the leap forward education they deserve, to place America back on top as a leader in innovative technology,and industry.
"Backing up your net worth" with gold and silver makes the most sense, whether you are an individual citizen, a Company, or our FEDERAL GOVERNMENT! NOBODY can refute the hard reality of that brillant shine of a stack of GOLD or Silver.
The sooner we can oust the FED, and repower Congress to act upon their Constitutional directive to "coin gold and affix the value thereof" we will begin to see the END OF NATIONAL PUBLIC DEBT, and the POVERTY it makes!!!

Operation-Overhaul America pt.I

Preface:
I will start a series of blogs, all Titled "Operation- Overhaul America". I have definitive ideas about getting America back on the fast track to recovery, and future expansion. While maintaining Constitutional integrity, which is a Must! These simple, yet "non evasive" solutions will lower the tax burden, lower our public National Debt, restore credibility and stability in this ever changing world, of which "Change is the only Constant in the universe".

PART I

Education System:

In order to re-establish credibility and a leader of innovation, we must reinvest a specific and targeted vested interest in the eduacation of our school children and the schools they attend!
My approach is a combined community/and privitizing plan, that will foster and garner children and THEIR PARENTS to become more proactive in learning, and become a generation of citizens that can make informed choices, and desire to be more responsible and successful individuals.
America, needs to refocus on education as a foundation to this "ground-up" over haul.

The American Public School System, that is over sighted by the Federal Government is a complete and utter FAILURE for the past 25 or so years. The attitude of "pass'em/ and get rid of 'em" has had a very visable and detrimental effect on many of our children. Depression, suicide, and an over all feeling of apathy, has evaded and over taken the mindset of now many young adults that have been graduated under false pretenses of "quality education at tax payers expense"!
AS I have stated in other blogs, these "graduates" are so "smart" they need a warning sticker for everything from coffee, to seat belts in automobiles.
We also see this evidence in the inner cities where crime is rampant, and drug addiction, to mask the social face of hopelessness. After all, why try if you need to read a sticker in a bathroom telling you to wash your hands!?!
This "dumb down" version of our schools is an intentional lack lustre approach to yield a society that is so ignorant, that its only hope of survival is depending on the system that failed them in the first place. This leads to massive unemployment, and a continuation of a socialist welfare State. America has become a Nation of "The blind leading the blind".

Solution:
All public schools should be turned over to private ownerships! Privatization of the entire school system will bring a few key ingredients, that by default will yield higher test scores, greater student confidence, hopeFULLNESS, and a greater number of children that will be either college ready or job ready, upon turning their 12th grade graduation tassles.

Private Corporation investment and mentorships.
Every city and municipality has corporations within their jursdictions. It would be encouraged that these private companies to host or "adopt" private schools to become eligible for additional grants and scholarships to students that start to show an interest in that companies buisness.
For example:
"ABC Brick Company" is looking to fill future positions at all levels of skills and positions in its company. It would be of major benefit to "scout" talent from the school they are sponsoring, through funds and through student competition to encourage kids to study harder and learn more, so that they can literally see their future before actually graduating.
If Companies did as much "scouting" as colleges do and our military to recruit soldiers and athletes, they could benefit in the long run of having eligible young workers entering the workplace at their company. This would produce a workforce of talented men and women that have in the back of their minds the thought of "They showed me that they wanted ME, for this job, now I will show them productivity, creativity, and loyalty."
The latter 3 qualities are also key ingredients to the overall success and longevity of a company.

Oppositional Argument and Solution:

Privatization! that means tuition! that scarey thought can be quickly diffused by the fact that as schools are turned over to private schools, the tax burden to pay for them are lessened, therefore citizen and property taxes should be REDUCED ACCORDINGLY, allowing PARENTS to have more money in their pockets to make a financial choice of where to send their children to school. Will one school have more students than others? YES, and THATS THE POINT.
Capitalist Competition! between private schools will automatically make each school focus on a priciple key feature...."Highest Education at the Lowest Possible Price".

Who will prevail? Private school X or Z? Who will graduate the most students with a 4.0 grade average? X or Z?
Who will have the most enrollments ( which would be a sign of capital success)? X or Z?
Who will have the most T.A.G. ( Talented and Gifted) Applicants? X or Z?
What school will win "the Knowledge Bowl"? X or Z?

Its sad that we live in a society that focuses on the pipedream of fast riches,and celebrity athletics, while we,and future generations become more and more lost in the maze of total ignorance.
Nobody has a clue to starting a buisness, of their own; vertically integrating the company they are in, or even knowing the history of this Nation.
Advanced math and sciences are down. The English language has degraded to nothing more than a slurry of adjective-conjunctions and slang.
Social Studies and History are a JOKE!
OVERALL PUBLIC SCHOOLS GET AN "F-" and are held back a year, student MAY NOT PASS TO THE NEXT GRADE!!!

The great Socialist Experiment with the public school system has failed to produce a Nation that is competitve on a world scale! We can't even get the Metric system in our country, for being stuck on gallons, instead of liters/ yards instead of meters/ pounds instead of grams.
While little by little metric (the basic measurement of sciences/medicine/ the rest of the world, it is being introduced on pop bottles (2 liter of pop on sale for 99 cents), bi measured highway signs in some areas ("Border town" 35 miles or 50km, based on my assumption that 1 mile is .7 km) I could be WRONG,see!
and last but not least.....this food contains 40 grams of FAT

The refocus of our schools is to bring the USA back to the forefront of Capitalistic Entrepneurship/ a leader in new technologies/ and Solutions to other societal ills.
Its a WIN/WIN for us ALL!

Home on Vacation

I finally made it home on vacation, I don't have to look at that truck for another 6 days!! Wheew, relief! Of course after 6 days I will be adjusted to being here, and leaving out again will be difficult mentally, despite the fact that my bank ledger will be saying..."Get ROLLING B#^CH!!! LMAO.
I might find another Company to work for all together though. The one I am with has the trucks governed to only 62 m.p.h.! It's rediculous to travel that slow down the freeway that is posted at 75! Its kind of not very "friendly" to all other drivers.
I tried to transfer into another type of truck, because the one I was in wasn't very nice to my kidneys. I called it the "bobblehead truck". I was given allot of flak and excuses to not transfer me into a more stable truck. So one day I had an epiphany....GO on vacation for longer than 5 days! I would have to turn the truck in. Great idea.
I just hope they have an International ProStar when I go back, otherwise, I might just tell them to keep their sorry trucks!
I came there looking for a job, I can LEAVE there looking for a job. Its that simple.

Herr Mozart

Yesterday, while I was composing the "Progress" entry, my mind kept replaying different sections of Mozart's 40th Symphonie, in G minor; K. 550/ 2nd movement Andante.

Most of the time when I am writing, on a theme, my mind likes to "play" theme music. I wish I could embed some theme music, but I suppose that if you so happen to have something that I mention, go ahead an put in the disc, before you read. While you read the blog entry, allow your mind to absorb both printed word, and music together.
Some of it may be cliche, but most of the time I am wanting to maybe get someone to listen again, with written words to see if it stirs another meaning to what your hearing.

When I was in my tweens, I would sit by the stereo with the headphones on, and listen to classical music, LOUDLY (mom and dad stricly forbade rock n roll in our house)
Which is a good thing I suppose, because not only did I memorize Handle's Messiah in its entirety! amoung other great compositions; I also read the entire set of 1974 World Book Encyclopedia!
( dang, I mention Handles Messiah, and the Overture starts up in my head, after 25 years of not even hearing it)
Getting back to the 2nd movement of Mozarts 40th....it starts triumphantly, (soooo Mozart)
then the orchestra goes back and forth between beautiful heraldings from the woodwinds, and brass; to deep bass strings, pulsing like an engine pushing the orchestra forward towards the 3rd movement. Its a dance of beauty and tragedy from one to the other, as if wooing each other, taking turns speaking.
So to me I guess that if "Progress" had theme music, the 2nd movement of Mozarts 40th would be it. The ups and downs, the ebb and flow, the cycle of boom and bust, Winter and Summer.
Perhaps Herr Mozart saw allot more to life than he realized, or maybe just that! His passages sped up,and slowed down, beautiful, then dark and brooding. As he carefully wove each piece together he was able to present a timeless tapestry of every soul, and Nation on this planet.

So, Vielen Dank!, Herr Mozart for reminding us of our humanity,and life....note by note.

Progress!!

I caught a little bit of the Memorial (11 Sep), on T.V. . They showed the construction that was pretty well under way for the new 1776 floor Freedom Towers. (was that the right name,usually I am pretty good with this sorta thing ,sorry).
I was ELATED to see the men working! Putting steel,concrete, and lumber; back into a place that has been an open wound in down town New York City, for so long.
In conjunction with my friend's, DEB Pasquella, blog, I offer the following.

It occured to me that the sight of the new construction, was like a scab that is forming over the wound. HEALING is under way!!! By 2013, a brand new tower will dominate the NYC skyline, as a testimony to American Ingenuity, Determination, and a WILL to get back up!

When its time for the ribbon cutting ceremony, I hope that many people, especially the ones who have lost someone, will be able to attend, and witness that event under the mindframe, that their loss was NOT IN VAIN!

I also hope that all Americans, will note the significance of the chosen 1776 floors as symolic reminder that many Americans have given ALL so that we can continue to be a FREE NATION.
It is IMPERITIVE, that we NEVER FORGET! ; any of these personal sacrifices, for liberty.
For not a single soul, regardless of who they were, where they came from, or what lifestyle they had, or what Diety they worshipped; has ever sacrificed themselves for naught!
It is odd in society, that sometimes we judge, ridicule, and even HATE others for their differences, but; when we see their actions, and we see them take a fall for others, we praise them posthumously!
Can we not ever learn, to praise them while they still walk beside us, talk with us, do buisness with us??
It is with irony, that so many different people that perished that fatefull day, that now, as I type, other Americans with differences, races,beliefs and customs;can come together to: join steel together, pour concrete, and nail lumber together as a team, working, laughing, talking, and living.
Cannot this Nation from coast to coast join hands, as a team to construct a better Nation for centuries to come?
The United States is still young as compared to other Nations, maybe we still have some very difficult lessons to learn ahead of us. More tests to be taken, to show our resolve.
To stop is FATAL, to slumber in the lap of apathy, is to open the door to TYRANNY, and OPPRESSION! Let us NOT be found sleeping, when TYRANNY tries to take our Constitution, our Freedom, our National Pride, EVER AGAIN!

As I am writing this entry, it will be 11 September,2009, in 20 minutes. When the clock strikes midnight it will be 8 years on the day that America stood still in complete shock and bewilderment. Nobody in our society, at 1 past midnight , had any idea of what was going to happen in 9 hours.
I am going to recount from this moment in time exactly how I percieved it all, and took it all in.

12:01 11 Sep. 2001,
I was driving a truck for a local fire suppression company in the Memphis Metro area. On the 10th I had spent all afternoon loading my truck with the sprinkler pipe that I was to take to a casino in Philidelphia, MS. I was to be there at 07:00 sharp. Therefore at 12:01, I was on my way back up to Memphis to unloack the gate and get into my truck, start it up, do my pre trip, and head out to central Mississippi.

The project manager came over to my truck after getting the JLG lift to unload my truck. He approached my cab door where I was sitting smoking a cigarette, and said..."Hey, have you heard? A plane hit the World Trade Center building in NYC!"
I looked at him CRAZY. "(laughing) your crazy man, you just want a big project or something."
His face grew grim..."NO, I am not kidding, turn on your radio."
I never really listened to the radio, I didn't even know if it worked or not, it was time to find out.
(static) newscast................WE ARE UNDER ATTACK!!!"

I sat motionless, staring out the windshield, I couldn't believe my ears, suddenly as I continued to hear the news reporter... it all sunk in. My mind painted a picture to the words I was hearing.
I saw the WTC,in my mind, I saw a commercial airliner in my mind...
my eyes began to water
the tears began to flow
my mouth opened, (I will ALWAYS remember the words that came out, in a sheepish, quivering voice)
"all those people..."

I just sat there, and listened to each new detail, as it all unfolded, the second plane hitting....
I cried
its all I could do, just sit there, far away in Mississippi, while people were working, and the project mgr, continued to unload the pipes from my truck.

With the truck now Empty, I left the site, and continued to listen to the radio
eventually, I drove away from the radio tower,and the radio faded to nothing but the hiss of whitenoise.
I turned it off
I started thinking about it all, what was going to happen next? Are there any more attacks?
Is anything going to affect Memphis?
My truck was governed to 74 mph...and thats exactly how fast that truck moved all the way back to the yard. I parked it, and because, I started so early, I got to go home.
I jumped into my Xterra, and drove home.
I turned on the TV. Now I get to see if there is any video, and get updates on it all.
There it all was, in technicolor.
I cried all over again, seeing was truly believing. This wasn't some H.G.Wells fiction, this was National News! American's were killed today, people of all races,gender,ethnicity,religions, backgrounds....human being American's, indiscriminately!!!!!!!

The last 8 years of remembering this day, has brought truth,lies, conspiracy theories, just about everything under the sun, as to HOW,and who was responsible.
I don't know what to think any more
All I know is
3000 fathers, mothers, daughters, sons, sisters, brothers, uncles, aunts, nieces, cousins, nephews, etc... were MURDERED because of HATRED FOR OTHER PEOPLE!
Who Ever did this, did it because they HATE US. They hate our freedom, they hate our Constitution, they Hate MY Country!!!
In my opinion, they were successful, because they CHANGED US
NOW we live in FEAR
NOW we have more CONTROLS,and LESS FREEDOM
NOW we talk about it all the time

While I wasn't able to hear all of the Presidents message to school children, I was listening to NPR and their coverage as to the "backlash" about the message, and that some parents all over the Nation were opting to hold their kids out of school for that day, or they just simply didn't think it was right for the President to "endoctrinate, the school kids with an agenda".
It was pointed out that there was a section of the speech where he was asking the kids to think about "What can you do for the President?"
If this is a true statement by the President to our school children, I am quite IRKED by this. While quite a few Presidents have asked the public to be a little more patriotic. ..."Ask not, what your Country can do for you; instead ask, what can you do for your Country." JFK
I cannot ever recall ANY President asking our children what can they do for (the President)!!!
On this note: This is EXACTLY the kind of language that a TYRANT uses. "What can you do for ME"????? Asking the People to have a little National pride and to contribute is one thing, but asking our children to help ONE MAN is another.
Theres other certain celebrities that have made mention during a stand up routine, that these "nay sayers" (ref. Tea Party, town hall...etc) are really trying to say is that they want their "White Man back". This is REDICULOUS!!! There were PLENTY of people that were definately saying something against the former administration for stripping our Constitution of its Rights and Laws! There were PLENTY of people saying..."WE smell something FISHY about 9/11!"
Did we hear anything about those people??? NO we didn't, and if we did, it was "watered down" as EXTREMISM! Just like now when someone says "DAMN look at all that SOCIALISM!"
Since when, may dear fellow Americans, did voicing your opinion about FREEDOM, become a social crime???
Speaking of our children, lets now turn to a different approach to a favrite child's movie of mine.
Its a PIXAR computer'me. "A BUG'S LIFE"
You can read the synopsis on the back of the DVD cover but it won't say what I see in this movie.
Keep in mind, that a "G" rated movie is mainly intended for children, BUT as Hollywood ,and the writers know, an ADULT is most likely present for the Feature Presentation with their children as a "Family event". SO heres an ADULT synopsis for this film, just for us.

A solitary ant(citizen) in a colony(American Society) which has an independent mind, and is for the most part seen as an "outcast" is sent away to look for a solution to a problem.While,mean grasshoppers (Government Agents), come to take a third of their food for winter (taxes and control). After recruiting the help of some would be "soldier bugs" (Freedom Lovers), return to the colony, to put on a show (a town hall meeting/Tea Party), the grass hoppers return to reinstate dominiation and control (media bashing/ "chatter") over the colony. It finally all comes down to the ONE ANT that has the courage to stand up for Freedom, to the grasshoppers, that a spirit of Freedom catches on, and reverberates through the ant colony, as the other ants suddenly realize that they (the People) outnumber the Grasshoppers 100:1 (the People are many, the Government a few), and TOGETHER the ants DEFEND THEMSELVES, and makes the grasshoppers go away, and they gain their independence from the abusive grasshoppers; and live Happily Ever After.

I have been an opinion question filler outer today, did lots of topics on WHERE ISTAND. Some of the questions were silly, but most were quite serious. If I had no idea what the question was about I skipped it. I can't see myself expressing an opinion I know nothing about. One person did reply to my opinion about guns however. That opinion is...everyone over 16 should have one, and know how to use it. He brought up the question of "youre kidding right" and the old arguent of crime going haywire....blah blah blah.... Lets face the facts Ladies and Gentlemen,,, remember the school playground? OK now remember the school bully? OK did he EVER pick on the person that was likely to FIGHT BACK?
Now I might be over simplifying, but I am quite sure that most criminals are really just big grown up bullies looking for your milk money (e.g. your house,car,TV etc...)Do you really think that they will have the guts to try that when they know that you have a hand cannon waiting for them? Some will, I know, they are hard headed, but at least you can sleep at night knowing that your little friend is all too willing to have a meet and greet at the front or back door,when they come knocking.
In this day and age of "no guns" rhetoric, criminals are having a field day on society, no you can't deny it, you read about it, you hear about it, you see it on TV, its everywhere you look, someone is getting car-jacked, pistol whipped, shot, mugged, raped, sodomized, its a free for all! The police are over stretched and over worked. They cant be everywhere can they?
Parents, do yourself and your kids a favor, go on down to the gun dealership and buy a good old front door greeter,and show them kids how to clean it, store it and when it comes to the right time (hopefully it never will come) USE IT! BLow that dumb A$$ crook right across your yard, and into the morgue!

30.08.09 Todays thoughts and a movie review

I am currently in Davenport,Iowa. Its a big change for me because for the last two weeks I was seemingly stuck in the extreme south of our nation. Louisianna and Texas where it is still 85 - 108 degrees!!! I had the pleasure of visiting Laredo,Tx twice. "Pleasure?" you say? YES, because the dry heat off the desert is much more barable then the sticky, suffocating humidity of east Texas (Houston) and Louisianna. Not only that, but I don't mind the friendly faces and hospitality of the Mexican population there in Laredo. They seem to be free of the drama and "attitude" that seems to be so prominently a part of the rest of our society. I am sure that there maybe a person or two that doesn't care to see or speak to a "grenga", but for the most part, I believe that they are genuinely friendlier than most. The best part is...they actually appreciate the opportunity to work and live in a free nation! You can see it without looking very hard. They love to open shops, warehouses, and ristorantes everywhere they can. They cherish and enjoy Capitalism. The opposition to all this is that if you drive just 400 miles north, you see people that don't seem to care if you are a paying customer that wants a burrito, or to buy a cell phone plan. They act like being at a job is some kind of HELL that they have to endure. I believe that Laredo plays by its own rules, no beaucratic red tape, and silly nit pick regulations. They just get things done, and count the money!! Isn't that the way it SHOULD BE??

MOVIE REVIEW....
I picked up 3 titles from a sale bin in Galloway,AR. One of them was CLOVERFIELD. The other night I checked into a hotel and opened up my laptop, hooked up the earphones, and popped in the DVD. As it came on, I noticed that it was shot in a "personal cam-corder" style like from "Blair Witch Projekt". I immediately had some reservations, but I watched on. It all started with some personal stuff and the cam operator going around at a party. I guess that was the writers way of introducing the cast. Then all of the sudden the "action" started. It was truly a panick ride watching these people live through the events that unfolded in New York City. I couldn't help but think one thing while I was watching though, and for this reason I cannot give the movie "5 full stars". The thought I kept thinking was," Oh my, here we go again, another movie using NYC as the backdrop for a MAJOR NATIONAL CATASTROPHY!!!!!" In light of remembering 9/11 in NYC, I beg the question...Hasn't NYC suffered enough this century????
We have a real life event, and now several other feature films using the Big Apple as the backdrop to more death,misery, and sorrow?
So please, guys in Hollywood, have a heart, find another city to terrorize with space aliens or "terrorist" or virus outbreaks or what ever other fictional suffering you can come up with.
As for the movie itself...4 stars for plot/storyline/ acting/cinematography...
The only other "quirk" I had was that this movie is truly a "cliff hanger", theres plenty of clues as to what may have happened at the end, but as for footage, it leaves us guessing. I personally wanted closure after watching it, or at least some answers, or victory,SOMETHING. I cant really see a CLOVERFIELD II coming, as this was one of those types of films where a sequel would be repetitive, unless its a film that gives me the closure I wanted so badly at the end of the first one.

The Juxtaposition!I have been living as the real me for 6.25 years now. Naturally one of my goals is to finish everything I have started, so that I can be 100% as much as modern medicine can. The problem is that goal is the proverbial rabbit that keeps me running after it; around and around the same track, day in/day out with no finish line in sight. Ive heard about the finish line, I read about the finish line; but WHERE IS IT??? I'll tell you were its at....its locked away behind closed doors, thats gaurded by people that ask you to pay the equivelent of a HOUSE for it!!! So unless you are already FILTHY RICH, please consider this path carefully. If you are a blue collar workaholic ,yet under paid like me, you too will find yourself on this neverending race. I know that allot of you are ready, you made changes, your well groomed, and nobody knows except you and a few very close friends, but ALAS, eventually somebody expresses interest in you and now your stuck! What do you say to a society that is transfixated on "whats down there?" You know that its a 50/50 coin toss as to how this person will react to your TRUTH; BUT WAIT...didn't Doctor so-n-so say that if "I" became transfixed on "down there" I would be DISQUALIFIED???( YIKES); YET society seems QUITE CONCERNED and JUDGEMENTAL about "down there". SO what if I took matters into my own hands, after all, I dont HAVE to be "active" do I? What if i decide to be NEITHER "down there". I could wear what I want and as tight as I want, and everyone will be clueless as to my authenticity. BUT what about that special someone that might want to spend some private time with me? Id have NOthing to offer, I could give a little, but not EVERYTHING. After all, it is assumption that rules, that if someone sees a woman, that is what they get behind closed doors. Then if I have NOTHING, that makes me just a storefront manequin, a sales prop. Mentally,and socially on that sidewalk, I AM everything that I say I am. I look good and I feel good, but when the lights go off, and the store closes, the dress come off, the make up, the jewelery, everything that society says is the trademark of a female, is removed, and all thats left is a featureless, speechless, cold, life sized doll. Perhaps tomorrow, someone will see me,and they will want what I am selling, but they wont choose me, instead they will go talk to someone else to see if theres another one waiting on a rack, something that they can be proud to take home,and not feel ashamed or embarrassed by. I stirred their imagination, I quickened their pulse, but I was not the final purchase.

Hi, Citizens of the United States of America. The last month or so, has been quite interesting to see and hear on the news. The reason being is that so many people are comming out by the scores to voice their opinion about the Socialist Pogram to overtake and control our healthcare. I for one, believe that we don't need our Government to step in and "fix" our healthcare. Now before I even attempt at debating this issue, lets instead get to the grassroot of this problem.. OVER TAXATION!!! thats it folks, thats the ROOT of the problem. If our Government would STOP taxing us for 40% of our hard earned money, we'd have money to spend and buy OUR OWN HEATHCARE!!!! Gee what a novel idea! If "uncle Sam" would stop taking my money, Id would have enough for Xrays, tooth cleanings, check ups, pap smears, mamograms....WHY??? because if the majority of people have cash on hand, it makes them more cost conscious when they seek a doctor and to browse a practitioner for the best price and best results. This SHOP AND COMPARE approach will automatically drive down costs, because Doctor X wants more patients than Doctor Y, AND Doctor X also wants to BOAST his results over Doctor Y, penny for penny/ cure for cure. Now you say, thats a pipe dream, it will never happen because who stands to be the biggest looser on this idea??? HEALTHCARE INSURANCE thats WHO!! Everyday Millions of dollars are siphoned off hard working Americans to pay premiums toward sickness or injuries that may or never happen. Their whole sales scheme is a "Panick Disorder" "WHAT IF?" I personally have gone through Panick disorder, its no fun, but the one thing that kept comming up was WHAT IF.. those two small words made my whole entire world flip upside down. SO WHAT IF..I got cancer/ HIV/lung disease/heart attack??? WHAT IF.. ?BUT WHAT IF nothing happens.............Well gee, I think I just made sombody filthy rich on all those premiums I paid out.So lets get back to the Government side of things... WHAT IF you DIDNT get a catastrophic illness?Hmmm. well gee, I guess I just paid all those TAXES into a National Healthcare system that did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR ME!!! Guess whos rich now? Heres a clue, its NOT your provider! It might be that guy/gal your supposedly voted for last election, that was seen boarding a brand new G-5 luxury private jet! NOW doesn't that make you SICK, I need a DOCTOR,and I have CASH!

30.08.09 A Theorem of the universe

This mourning I awoke with a Theory...many scientist believe that black holes are some kind of portal to either alternate universes, or wormholes to other parts of this one. I rejekt both theories.. Black holes are formed out of a star that has collapsed on itself, this is a Fact. Also a fact is that the gravitational field is so strong that it literally holds light (energized sub atomic particals). Therefore!! if a mass that has collapsed on itself and keeps growing by pulling more material into it, it grows, and grows, and grows until it becomes unstable again, and then explodes outward sending trillions of particles back out into the vast expanse of space. If a portion of this, is large enough, it will have just enough gravity to start to collect again, but now it can grow into either a new star, or a new planet, or any other form of celestial body. I believe that THIS is the micro version of the MACROVERSE( ie. this is how we got here now, except on a scale that is too large to even attempt to describe. People have always tended to explain things on a finite point ( a starting point with a possible infinity). I am positive, that if we ponder the above, we arrive at a small snapshot of how this universe and everything in it, has always been. A constant of TMT ( Tera Macro Time- a scale of time that is so immense that it cannot be calculated on, or compared to earth time) However, i will ATTEMPT to illustrate it, but most likely no where close.....lets say 1 second of TMT=6 cycles of human history!!! Therefore every 6 seconds, this universe has been born, expanded, and recycled 6 times!!! SO what do black holes have to do with all this? Simple, as the 1 second of TMT comes to a close, a TERAHOLE starts to form, it expands pulling this universe into it, until another second passes in TMT, then BAM!! It explodes sending out everything again, into space. The only thing i am not sure about is whether or not human history and this particular planet actually replicates itself exactly each time it does so. Are we forever doomed to repeat history exactly how it has happened over and over again, OR is our current history a one time version of choices, that we have each made as our species has lived. I would hate to think, that certain people in this version of history have consistantly risen to power to cause to much grief and suffering against others, over and over and over again. Then again, we are limited to whatever our current history books tell us about this history, not any others.

Have you ever watched a pot of frozen chili on a stove as it heats up? First it starts to steam a bit, then it slowly looses its frozen state and become liquid again, then slowly it starts to bubble from the bottom, one small "pop" at a time......This analogy, is reflective of the United States general population. "The People" are starting bubble a little bit at a time. Over Healthcare take over/the "BIG THREE" Bailouts/ our leaders buying luxury jets in the midst of a 9 TRILLION GLOBAL DEBT!!! ( I say Global because we owe everyone and their dog in the world right now). I can see on the event horizon, that the USA will soon default on all this debt, and the Dollar will plummet to WORTHLESS PAPER (think Weimar Republic Notes circa 1930 Germany, when the Reichs bank printed Trillion Marks to try to satisfy the Hated Treaty of Versailles, btw I have a 1000 Tausand Note somewhere at home, its worthless today as it was in 1932,September when it was printed). Could we also see $1000 notes circulated like $20's, possible. This will cause people to go back to trade and barter (u know , I give you 4 chickens and a cow if you'll treat my mother for this tumour she has)OR( howabout room and board in my upstairs bonus room, if you'll help me raise and arvest this crop thats barely growing this year)...hmmm. Dont think its a FARCE for me to write this, people are already doing it!!! (I'll give you free tune ups and oil changes if you provide me and my family with preventive care for a year,Doc) America isn't the same anymore, it isn't the USA you read about in history books, or Wikipedia. We've walked a LONG way down the road of Tyranny and oppression, its even reflected in our jobs that we do everyday. The silly, red tape, nit pick rules and regulations that we have to follow, or if we don't the upper echelon has a heart attack! "Oh NO one of our workers are thinking for themselves!!! oh,my GOD, THE HUMANITY!! (reporter at the scene of the 1936 Hindenburg crash). To be truly free, one must be permitted to work the land, harvest its goods, and sell such commodities in fair and equal trade, without penalty. This good practice of Capitalism, is to the benefit of all citizens of any great nation. For a nations economic greatness is measured by the amount of goods and services its people can freely barter.
For far too long, the people have suffocated under the iron fist of taxation without representation, yet it has been perceived that we have been represented in Congress, but never asked if such taxation was fair or needed. This must end, in order to re-establish Capitalism in its truest form. The people deserve the right to be able to pursue their own measure of success in fair and equal trade without interference from Government.
We, therefore, do Repeal and Abolish the Internal Revenue Tax Code in its entirety, and urge all States to follow suit, in order to provide the rights of fair business practices.
Alternatives, to provide such military to protect our shores from foreign enemies of our States, and to care for our wounded in battle, and lay to final rest, our fallen, shall undoubtedly be sought, and established.
Article 4
We the People, do Declare Independence, from mercantilism and protectionism.
All people reserve the right to negotiate in fair trade, without fear of price fixing or State controls of pricing on any good or service. It is also the right of any person to engage in as much corporate growth as they wish to accommodate, so long as they do not engage in such acts as: organizing and utilizing a monopoly, or multi-corporate monopolies to set prices to the community as higher than the value of the same in another area or region.
It is also the right of the people to trial and error their own fortunes and to suffer or benefit from such practices, without assistance from Government subsidizing through loans, which are always laden with contingencies that do harm overall to our nations economic health.
　
　
　
　
Article 5
We the People declare Independence from Governmental interventionism upon our daily lives. It is not the duty of any branch of Government to pass law, which dictates or infers any mode of living, based upon ,but not limited to: religious beliefs derived from a mono-theocracy, a transitive phase, or trendy sentimental value of the time. Society as a whole tends to ebb and wane from such practices, and Law shall not permanently set such transitive moods regarding any particular style of living upon others. Together, the People stand as free independent souls, that are free to engage in a lifestyle that is relevant and right according to their unique perspective, so long as it does not infringe upon the rights of others.
　
It is also the duty of each individual, to understand that these liberties require personal responsibility and respect to others, as to not engage in such practices ,that coerce or force such beliefs upon others.
The focus of this article ,is to foster a sense of respect for all humanity with each of our unique differences. To embrace the beauty and magnitude of all that can be described as human. Therefore, in conjunction with the Constitution, we should avoid such practices that segregate and list unique differences, which in turn pose the possibility of rejection of any human quality that that presents itself as other than listed under law.
Article 6
We do find fault with the many New Offices and the swarms of appointed officers, that; spy ,harass ,intimidate, and coerce the People into surrendering their rights, liberties, life, and property to a tyrannical government that has forsaken all that is true and befitting of a Republican Form of Government.
　
　
　
　
Article 7
That, they have for many a year acquired and placed such well regulated militia upon foreign shores to effect a colonization of those sovereign nations, in an imperialist manner, which is unbecoming of the value of our own Nation.
Article 8
That they have required individual States to; accommodate and house superfluous numbers of militia, warships in their harbors, and stored such number of aircraft on their fields in time of peace without reason or regard to the States so accommodating them.
Article 9
That they have allowed the institution of a Central Bank, and has effectively prevented and blocked these several States from coining their own gold and silver for the purpose of fair trade and barter amongst their citizens.
For the purpose to effectively enslave our entire Nation into the servitude of Public Debt at interest, and only serve the gluttonous greed of only a few, instead of the good and well-being of the many.

Hello, I am Red Raven, and this is my first blogspot blog. I have written many other blogs here and there on the net, but at the behest/suggestion of a friend of mine Deb at http://www.dtrant.blogspot.com/ I started one here for ease of finding it since my other blog was a little difficult to find. Which it must be, because nobody ever reads it or stops by or anything.

So lets get acquainted. I am 41 years old, female, an Army Veteran (Cold War/Persian Gulf I), I am single, and currently I am working as an OTR truck driver. I have literally been to all of the "lower" 48 States!

I like Dark Symphony/EBM/Gothic/Goth-metal/Ethereal-experimental music.

My hobbies/intrests are: Politics/Federal and State Law/The Constitution/B&W photography/historic cemetaries (the artisan gravemarkers are wonderful art and history-people/strategy E games/bowling/mountain-forest hiking (which I don't get to do very much of)/science/Victorian archetecture/learning German and Russian languages.

Purpose of this blog: The one reason I wanted to write a blog is that my attempt to "Vlog" was a total failure, because I just don't have the resources available to make vlogs that are of any good value. Secondly, I am a much better writer than a speaker on a camera. My thoughts can be written more thoroughly than I can say them. (perhaps running for a public office isn't my forte).

I am going to use this blog as a type of editorial to vent my personal issues as well as political views, and anything else that comes to mind.

Hopefully, maybe a gathering of followers and like minded people will discover this blog. What will come out of it is undeterminable. I honestly don't know what to expect, I do hope that whomever comments, does so in a mature fashion and not waste my time and space on immature name calling or bashing. I say this because the things that I will be writing about are GOING to be considered "extreme" or unpopular. But isn't it about time that someone sat up and got a little "extreme" or "unpopular"???
